High-aluminum Poly Light Bricks Product Introduction
The AL2O3 content of high-aluminum poly light bricks is more than 48%. It is a lightweight refractory material mainly composed of mullite and glass phase or corundum. Bulk density 0.4~1.35g/cm3. The porosity is 66% to 73%, the compressive strength is 1 to 8MPa, the fire resistance temperature is 1600 degrees, and the thermal shock resistance is good.
High-aluminum poly-light insulation bricks are also called high-aluminum poly-light bricks. They are produced using special-grade blast furnace materials as the main raw material, supplemented by appropriate admixtures and using the poly-light burning method. The products have the advantages of high strength, good thermal stability, small changes in burnt fiber, and small thermal conductivity.
1. High temperature strength;
2. Good thermal insulation performance;
3. Resistant to corrosion in various atmospheres;
4. Remarkable energy-saving effect;
5. Excellent thermal shock stability.
Uses of high-aluminum poly-light bricks: High-aluminum poly-light bricks have reached various technical indicators of similar products and are a must-select new material in the current industrial kiln design. It is widely used in kiln linings (not corroded by solutions) and insulation layers in metallurgy, machinery, ceramics and chemical industries. It is an ideal energy-saving product. Its operating temperature is below 1350°C.
